Privacy Policy

Your advertising controls, in one place. RockBlocks' Settings screen has a Personalized Ads switch that works in every country and takes effect immediately. Where Google's consent form applies to you, Settings also offers Ad Privacy Options to revisit that choice. Details in Sections 5 and 10.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Joslin Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when you access or use the RockBlocks mobile application (the "App") and any related websites, features, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

In short: RockBlocks is a single-player block puzzle. It has no user accounts, and we do not ask you for your name, email, or similar personal details. The game is free and supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob; to deliver those ads, our advertising partner processes limited technical and device information. Your progress is stored only on your device.

Certain provisions of this Policy, including those relating to personalized advertising and related opt-out rights, apply only where such features are enabled or where required by applicable law.

1. Overview

RockBlocks is a single-player puzzle game. We do not operate user accounts and do not collect contact details from you. The App is playable offline and is free, supported by third-party advertising (see Section 5). To serve and measure ads, our advertising partner processes limited device and usage information as described below. Your game settings and progress are stored only on your device.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, account credentials (the App has no accounts), precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone. We operate no server and no database for RockBlocks.

B. Advertising Information

To support the App through advertising, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) and its providers may process certain information, including:

Where ads are served on a non-personalized basis, advertising identifiers are not used to build user profiles or to serve interest-based advertising. Advertising services are currently provided through Google AdMob and other providers that may be introduced in the future.

C. Information Stored on Your Device

So that you can play, the App saves certain information locally on your device only:

None of this leaves your device. It is never transmitted to us, is not accessible to us, and contains nothing that identifies you. You can clear all of it at any time using Reset Progress on the Settings screen, by clearing the App's data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the App.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

4. Children's Privacy

RockBlocks is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). The Services are not designed for, marketed to, or primarily intended for children, and the App is not enrolled in the Google Play Families program or the Apple App Store Kids category.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us using the information in Section 12.

We do not knowingly serve personalized or interest-based advertising to users identified as children.

5. Advertising

The App is free and supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. We may display:

Advertisements may be served on a personalized or a non-personalized (contextual) basis. Personalized ads are selected using information about your prior app activity and interests. Non-personalized ads are based only on general, non-precise context, such as the country associated with your IP address and the nature of the app, rather than on a profile of you.

Personalized advertising is only used where all of the following are true:

If any of those is not satisfied, advertising is served on a non-personalized basis. Switching Personalized Ads off takes effect immediately: any advertisement already prepared under the previous setting is discarded rather than shown. Personalized advertising is never served to users identified as children.

Google's use of information for advertising is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services".

6. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients:

A. Service Providers

Including Google AdMob and Google, which may process information solely to provide advertising and related services on our behalf.

B. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud, enforce our agreements, or protect the security or integrity of the Services.

Certain advertising-related disclosures involving advertising identifiers may constitute "sharing" under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the "CCPA"), but only where personalized advertising is enabled. See Section 11.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party service:

Additional advertising, analytics, or related providers may be introduced in the future, in which case this Policy will be updated. These third parties maintain their own privacy practices, governed by their respective privacy policies. The App is distributed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, whose own policies also apply.

8. Data Security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information appropriate to an application of this nature. Information stored on your device stays on your device. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

Information stored locally on your device remains on your device until you clear it using Reset Progress in Settings or uninstall the App. Advertising information processed by our advertising partner is retained in accordance with that partner's own retention practices and applicable law. We do not maintain personal profiles about you on our own systems.

Because RockBlocks has no accounts and no cloud backup, uninstalling the App permanently deletes your progress. It cannot be recovered.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

You can access, modify, or delete the information stored on your device at any time using the App's Settings screen, including Reset Progress, or by uninstalling the App.

Turning off personalized advertising. The App's Settings screen contains a Personalized Ads switch. Setting it to OFF stops personalized advertising immediately, everywhere, regardless of your country or of any consent you previously gave. Advertisements will continue to appear, but will be non-personalized or contextual.

Where Google's consent form applies to you, Settings also offers Ad Privacy Options, which re-presents that form so you can change the choice you made.

You can also control advertising through your device settings. Depending on your device, you may reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking. On iOS you can withdraw App Tracking Transparency permission under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA (for example, to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, or to opt out of "sharing"). To exercise any such right, contact us using the information in Section 12.

11. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. Under the CCPA, the term "share" has a broader meaning and can include making advertising identifiers available to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, even where no money changes hands. Where personalized advertising is enabled, this activity may constitute "sharing" under California law.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under sixteen (16) years of age, and we do not serve personalized advertising to children.

California residents, and anyone else who wishes to, may direct us not to share their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by setting Personalized Ads to OFF on the App's Settings screen. This control requires no account, no request and no waiting period, and takes effect immediately. You may alternatively adjust your device's advertising controls or contact us at info@realmforgeapp.com. After opting out, advertisements will continue to appear but will be non-personalized or contextual.
